Separate the Team Wapuu cards and place them in the Contributor Lounge. Shuffle the remaining deck and deal 5 cards to each player.
Each player chooses one Team Wapuu to place in their Dashboard, starting with 2 points.
Place the deck in the center and leave room for a Discard pile. The player with the most recent WordPress.org profile goes first.
Each turn consists of four phases: Beginning of Turn, Download Phase, Deploy Phase, and End of Turn.
