Monthly Archery Shoots
SDA organizes two shoots per month: a 28-target 3D Round on the first Sunday and a Club Championship Qualifying Round (28-target Animal, Field, or Hunter Round) on the third Sunday. These events provide consistent opportunities for practice and competition.

How to Use San Diego Archers
Preregister and pay online for the desired tournament or shoot to secure your spot and avoid day-of-event hassles.
On the day of the event, arrive at the Rube Powell Balboa Park Archery Range between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. to check in, sign the waiver, and pick up your scorecard.
Attend the range briefing after 8:30 a.m. to review safety protocols and event specifics before shooting commences at 9 a.m.
Participate in the tournament, following the designated course and scoring rules. Submit your scorecard online by 3 p.m. to qualify for awards.
Check the SDA website or social media for posted results and updates. Consider volunteering at future events to earn free tournament entries.
