How to Use NotesBot
Add NotesBot to your Discord server using the invite link. The bot automatically grants necessary permissions for public channels. For private channels, manually add permissions like View Channel, Connect, and Speak.
Subscribe to a plan by running the '/subscribe' command in any Discord channel. Choose from Basic, Standard, Pro, Premium, or Ultimate plans based on your recording time needs.
Configure your server settings using '/config'. Customize language, recording mode (Meeting or D&D), enable MP3 delivery, and set output format (Message or Thread). Use '/ignore @user' to exclude specific users from recordings.
Start recording by using the '/join' command in your voice channel. NotesBot will begin transcribing and summarizing the conversation. Use '/leave' to stop recording and receive the AI summary.
Manage your subscription and settings as needed. Use '/status' to check remaining recording time, '/cancel' to end your subscription, or '/setup-server' to enable team-wide access.
