You can monitor your AI message count in real-time from your Account Page. The Total AI Messages used during the current billing period is displayed transparently, so you can easily track your usage.
Unused AI messages do not roll over to the next billing period. Your Total AI Messages count is reset at the start of each billing cycle.
When you exceed your 1,000 AI messages, we automatically add a charge of $5 per 100 additional messages, billed on your next cycle. Additional messages are always rounded up to the nearest 100.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal or by deleting your business account. Deleting your account is irreversible and will result in the loss of all associated data.
